However, we understand that exceptional cases may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in those rare situations.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    All products sold on http://borngrit.in are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined below.
  2. Damaged or Expired Products
    If you receive a damaged or expired product, we are here to assist you. In such cases, please follow the steps below:

Report the Issue: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at devendra.m@myriadnutriments.com with the following details:
Order number
Clear images of the damaged or expired product
Description of the issue
Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

    For approved returns, you must send the product back within 2 days of receiving the return authorization. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Refund Process
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 days to the original payment method.
  3. Exclusions
    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that:

Have been opened or used
Are returned outside the 2-day window
Have not been reported as damaged or expired within the initial 48-hour window
