- Non-Returnable Items
All products sold on http://borngrit.in are non-returnable and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances as outlined below. - Damaged or Expired Products
If you receive a damaged or expired product, we are here to assist you. In such cases, please follow the steps below:
Report the Issue: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at devendra.m@myriadnutriments.com with the following details:

Clear images of the damaged or expired product
Description of the issue
Return Authorization: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Window
For approved returns, you must send the product back within 2 days of receiving the return authorization. The product should be unused and in its original packaging. - Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 days to the original payment method. - Exclusions
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that:
Have been opened or used
Are returned outside the 2-day window
Have not been reported as damaged or expired within the initial 48-hour window
